Spring Clean Success!

A big thank you is due to all those who gave up several hours of their free time last Sunday (26th April) to help Grange Manor improve its cleanliness and remove as much litter as possible. We are all in this together and it’s great to see a community working alongside each other to keep our homes looking great! A grand total of 11 large refuse sacks were collected and crammed full of rubbish from the various streets and green areas – kindly taken away by Waterford City Council today. Residents also volunteered their time to clean up edges of curbing, prune trees, fix toppled trees, replace fence panels, and sweep up alongside footpaths. Overall the day was a great success!

The Grange Manor Residents Association is made up of a number of residents of the Grange Manor housing estate. The responsibility of the association is to bring items of interest to the attention of the other residents within the estate and to encourage people to partake in the upkeep of the estate. The association is completely volunteer-based and is open to new members at each AGM.
