These days we are ever more connected by Social Media. As such the Residents’ Association decided some years ago that it too should move to a platform. A platform that facilitates greater engagement and ease of access for the majority. The Association setup a Facebook page for the Grange Manor community. We no longer post news updates to our website. The Facebook page is now the primary communication channel.
The Facebook page advertises fun events, meetings to discuss estate issues, and notices about matters that may or may not affect residents. Generally, it is a communication channel to spread the message. This includes things that the community should know regarding the estate. It also offers a platform for the community to engage with each other via comments on posts. Additionally, residents can message the Residents’ Association with any query they may have via the private Messenger option.
We sometimes like to showcase photos of events within the estate. We also encourage anything that residents would like to share that may be of interest to the community. Make sure to like the page and interact with your neighbours.
