One of the primary tasks carried out by the Grange Manor Residents’ Association is the organisation of grass cutting services for each year. This service is essential to maintain the many green areas within the estate.
We are very fortunate to live in an estate that has multiple large, open, green spaces that afford fantastic play areas of children and recreational spaces for community events, for residents of Grange Manor.
Unfortunately the costs associated with maintaining these spaces, with respect to grass cutting during the year, are not insignificant. A small grant is available each year from the Council’s Supporting Community Fund. However, it only covers a tiny fraction of the annual costs.
To address this shortfall, every household in Grange Manor needs to contribute a small amount each year. Your donations ensure that our green spaces are preserved and well-maintained. Good maintenance presents our estate as a nice place to live. It also ensures that our open spaces can enjoy the greatest possible usage by all residents and their families.
